Vendor Agreement

By applying as a vendor on Nappy Girl Beauty™, you confirm that all business information you provide — including your business name, description, contact details, products, services, and ownership — is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Vendor accounts, seller access, and business listings on Nappy Girl Beauty™ are reserved exclusively for verified Black-owned businesses and creators. By applying, you confirm that your business is genuinely Black-owned and operated, and you agree to provide documentation upon request to verify ownership.

You agree not to upload, list, promote, or sell any products or services that are false, harmful, stolen, counterfeit, illegal, misleading, or offensive. This includes but is not limited to: intellectual property infringement, trademark violations, unauthorized reproductions, dangerous or unregulated beauty/health products, or content that misrepresents your offerings.

As a vendor, you are solely responsible for: product quality and accuracy, packaging and shipping, appointment scheduling and fulfillment, customer service and communication, managing refunds and disputes, and reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Nappy Girl Beauty™ is a marketplace platform and does not assume liability for vendor transactions.

You agree to treat all customers, fellow vendors, and Nappy Girl Beauty™ staff and administrators with respect and professionalism. Harassment, intimidation, bullying, discrimination, or abusive conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in permanent account suspension.

Nappy Girl Beauty™ reserves the right — at its sole discretion — to remove listings, suspend accounts, deny vendor applications, or revoke vendor access for any violation of this agreement, the Community Standards, or any behavior that conflicts with the platform's mission, values, or community well-being. Decisions are final.

An active monthly membership subscription is required for your business listing to remain publicly visible on the platform. If your subscription becomes inactive, cancelled, or past due, your listing, product uploads, and booking tools will be locked until membership is reactivated.

By submitting a vendor application or creating a business listing on Nappy Girl Beauty™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Vendor Agreement, the Community Standards, and all platform policies in effect.
