Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Nappy Girl Beauty™, owned and operated by Sunborn Ventures. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform at nappygirlbeauty.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nappy Girl Beauty™ (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and vendors.

2. Platform Overview

Nappy Girl Beauty™ is a marketplace and directory dedicated to Black-owned businesses in beauty, wellness, fashion, food, grooming, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship. Nappy Girl Beauty™ is owned and operated by Sunborn Ventures.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not use another user's account without permission.

4. Vendor Terms

Vendors who apply to list on Nappy Girl Beauty™ must: • Be the legitimate owner of a Black-owned business • Provide accurate business information • Maintain an active membership subscription to keep their listing live • Comply with the Vendor Agreement and Community Standards • Not misrepresent their business ownership, products, or services Vendor listings are subject to admin approval. Nappy Girl Beauty™ reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform policies.

5. Membership & Payments

Vendor memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Bookings & Transactions

Nappy Girl Beauty™ facilitates connections between customers and vendors. We are not a party to any transaction, appointment, or service agreement between customers and vendors. Any disputes arising from a transaction are between the customer and the vendor. Nappy Girl Beauty™ is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services or products.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Harass, threaten, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission • Impersonate any person or business

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Nappy Girl Beauty™, including the brand name, logo, design, and platform code, is owned by Sunborn Ventures and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use our brand assets without written permission. Vendors retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Nappy Girl Beauty™ a license to display it on the Platform for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nappy Girl Beauty™ does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any vendor listing or content on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunborn Ventures and Nappy Girl Beauty™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, sending an email notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts, as determined by Sunborn Ventures.
